See which machines are down, why, and who’s on it.

Tendline Board turns machine production records and maintenance work orders into one honest timeline for every machine on your line. Tendline Work is where those work orders live.

The sandbox opens soon. Leave your email and the link reaches you the day it does. It runs on a synthetic production line, with no real factory data. Your email is used only to send the link.

Illustration of one machine’s timeline. Synthetic.

  • Producing
  • Unknown
  • Repair
  • Work order
  1. Producing. The machine is running and reporting.
  2. Quiet. No one has said why, so it is marked unknown, not broken.
  3. A work order opens. Repair is counted from when the fault began, not from when someone noticed.
  4. Closed out. The whole trail stays on the timeline.

How it works

One screen for the whole line.

Every machine, what it’s doing now, and its last seven days in one view. Open a machine for its timeline; open a day for the work orders behind it. Floor plan, daily equipment standup, availability, utilization, maintenance health and station pages all read the same records.

Tendline Board floor view of a synthetic line: a schematic floor plan with each machine drawn as a square coloured by state, mostly green for producing with two red machines that are down, grey for idle, and hollow outlines where there is no data. Above it, a panel lists the machine under repair with its work order; beside it, a live feed of recently opened and closed work orders.
Floor view of the line: producing, down and idle machines at a glance. Synthetic line, not a real plant.

Honest by design.

Quiet isn’t broken: a machine that stops with no explanation is marked unknown until someone says why. Repair time is counted from when the fault started, not from when someone noticed. Anything that can’t be measured shows a dash and a reason, never a guess.

One machine’s day: production, unexplained quiet, and a repair. Synthetic line.
Equipment board rows for a group of machines over the past week. One machine is marked down for repair with its work order, and its day is opened in a drawer showing a timeline with the repair span in red and the work order behind it: the reported fault and the technician's progress note.

Maintenance the board can read.

Operators report, technicians log progress and close out, preventive jobs get scheduled, all in Tendline Work. Board reads the same work orders on the same clock, so the maintenance trail and the machine timeline line up.

Try it on a line that never sleeps.

The sandbox is a synthetic assembly line on a live clock. Stoppages, repairs and work orders keep happening while you watch, generated by the same engine that would run on real data. Nothing to install.

Use Tendline Work on its own.

Not ready for a board? Tendline Work stands on its own as a maintenance system: an asset register, work orders with their full history, preventive maintenance schedules and spare parts. Add Board later, or never.
